Website redesign for Oakline Furniture

A site that shows your craft and makes custom tables easy to order

Most of your traffic comes from Instagram, but hardly anyone buys on the site. Here is how we rebuild it before the holiday season: fast on phones, product pages that sell made-to-measure tables, and a simple way to ask for a quote on custom pieces.

01Challenge

Where the current site gets in the way

Your showrooms and your Instagram already do the hard part: people see a piece and want it. The website is where that interest stops. It is six years old, it runs on WooCommerce, and it is slow on phones, which is exactly where your Instagram visitors arrive.

  • Most visitors come from Instagram, but hardly anyone buys on the site
  • Pages load slowly on phones, the device those visitors use
  • Made-to-measure tables have no page that explains the options and sells them
  • Custom pieces have no simple way to ask for a quote

02Solution

What we will build

One site, designed for the way people already find you: on a phone, coming from Instagram, looking at a piece they like.

  • A new site that is fast and easy to use on phones
  • Pages that show the craft behind your furniture
  • Product pages built to sell made-to-measure tables
  • A short quote request for custom pieces, sent straight to your team
  • Your products moved from the current store, so online sales don't stop during the switch

03Plan

From kickoff to launch in 8 weeks

  1. 01

    Weeks 1–2: plan and design

    Goal

We agree on the pages, the layout of the made-to-measure product pages and the quote request. You see the first designs at the end of week 2.

  2. 02

    Weeks 3–6: build

    Goal

We build the site and move your products. From week 4 you have a working preview to click through on your own phone.

  3. 03

    Week 7: review and fixes

    Goal

You and Jo test everything on your phones and in the showrooms. We fix what you find.

  4. 04

    Week 8: launch

    Goal

The site goes live on the date we fix at kickoff. A kickoff within two weeks of your approval leaves room before your mid-November deadline.

Investment

One fixed price for the build, inside the budget you mentioned. The monthly plan is optional and starts only if you want it.

05Questions

Questions you might have

We fix the launch date at kickoff and put it in writing. Every week you get a short check-in: what is done, what is next and anything we need from you. A delay can't surprise you in week 8.

We stay. The first 30 days of support after launch are part of the project fee: fixes, questions and small adjustments. After that, the care plan is there if you want it, month to month.

Yes. Moving your products from the current store is part of the scope, and we switch over on launch day so you can keep selling online the whole time.

Of course. We are happy to walk Anna through the budget on a short call, so the sign-off doesn't have to wait for a forwarded email.

The project fee covers the scope on this page. If you want something more, we price the change and agree it with you before we start on it.
